MODEL AL-707 a 2 CNC controlled coil winder.
The model AL-707 is a new winder with a full synchronized traverse mechanism
of the nozzie that allows a fine alignment winding, accomodating to the
recent miniaturization of CD-ROM, HDD, FDD etc..
<FEATURES>
(1)High operaition efficiency obtained by separation of the loading station from the winding station.
(2)High reliability and high speed operation by introduction of an all-axial NC controlled AC servo motor.
(3) As for multipole stator coils, the angles and positions of intermediate pulling wires are freely selected by programming with NC controlled indexing.
(4) Easy maintenance due to a newly developed dry-type mechanized box
